More than likely, this is occuring because the switch functions are not enabled in the Configuration screen. You will need to go to the Configuration screen and select the correct external fuel selector/pitot heat/fuel selector settings in the right-most column. Then press and hold the SAVE button at the top of the column to save your changes and restart the ELITE software, and the problem should be corrected.
