This error mes­sage indi­cates that the DLL file in the soft­ware for ELITE USB hard­ware sup­port was not installed. To cor­rect the prob­lem, insert the ELITE DVD or media usb card in your com­puter, and run the installer again, while remem­ber­ing to select one of the options for ELITE-brand USB hard­ware. Once the soft­ware has been rein­stalled cor­rectly, the error will not appear.
