How do I connect a serial desktop quadrant or Pro Panel SE to my computer?

The Pro Panel SE and desktop quadrants (serial) can not be connected directly to a computer. These devices require a motherboard for the logic. These two devices require either a UCI box or a serial avionics panel.

You would connect your UCI to a PC or a serial avionics panel to your PC then the quadrant to your UCI or avionics panel (25pin – 25pin) cable.
